Bethel Atlanta School of Supernatural Ministry is designed to be a ministry training center where our students embrace their royal identity, learn the values of the Kingdom and walk in the authority and power of the King. It is a transformational experience and your life will be forever impacted! Besides normal school hours and teaching, students have homework, bi-monthly outreaches, and small group meetings.

The Intern year is the final step in cultivating the culture within you in order to change the culture around you.

Worship Internship w/ Vanessa Hale

The goal of this internship is to serve Bethel Atlanta’s worship team and worship director. Along with the weekly responsibilities, you can expect to meet monthly with Vanessa for mentorship and developing any personal goals you have in growing in worship. This internship is for someone with a heart for service and a desire to become an influential leader whether you are on a stage or in a crowd.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Running ProPresenter slides either at school or church.
  • Be influential in leading worship from the crowd on Sundays.
  • Meet monthly with Vanessa for mentorship and personal growth.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Serve Vanessa and Bethel Atlanta’s worship team.
  • Creative Expression presented to Intern class.
  • Work with Vanessa to choose one project for the year that serves the worship team.

BASSM Operations Intern w/ Blake Healy

The goal of this internship is to assist Blake with the administration of BASSM. This internship is for someone interested in serving the school and growing in supernatural administration. In addition to weekly responsibilities, you would meet with Blake monthly for mentorship and develop a project to bless the school.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Attend BASSM on Monday and Tuesday night and assist with check in.
  • Filling in for Blake or other school directors in running room logistics (ex. turning off lights, bringing up the podium).
  • Assist with special events for Monday and Tuesday nights (ex. Picking up coffee for first year on special nights, bringing water for guest speakers).
  • Assist Blake with BASSM Orientation, PCB and Graduation.
  • Meet monthly with Blake for mentorship

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Design a project with Blake to benefit or bless the school.
  • Grow in supernatural administration and learning how to maintain boundaries in our grace focused culture.

BASSM Intern w/ Blake Healy

The goal of this internship is to measure the success of BASSM. This internship is for a self starter personality who either wants to start a school or grow in leading a complex organization. In addition to weekly responsibilities at BASSM, there would be some month long projects and you would meet monthly with Blake for connection and strategy.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Attend BASSM staff meetings on Monday from 11-1pm.
  • Help execute some school logistics ie. check-in, lighting, production, propresenter.
  • Taking notes and brainstorm school growth with Blake.
  • Possibly 1-2 month long fact finding or research based projects.
  • Meet monthly with Blake for connection and strategy.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Internship goal is to measure the success of BASSM, gain experience in school development and have influence in BASSM’s growth.
  • Ideal for someone who either wants to start a school one day or learning to lead a complex organization with an assertive, self-starter personality.

Service Internship with Michael Edwards

The goal of this internship is to serve the volunteer teams at Bethel Atlanta and improve their overall experience serving with us.  This internship is for someone creative, task orientated but with a heart for service and pastoral care who also wants to grow in your people skills and awareness of others.  The responsibilities vary week to week, but consist of several administrative tasks, event hosting and creative/brainstorming opportunities.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with volunteer teams through weekly emails.
  • Create a newsletter for each volunteer team.
  • Help Michael with annual volunteer appreciation event.
  • Help manage volunteer weekly sign ups.
  • Meeting monthly for mentorship with Mike.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Ideal for someone who is creative, open in their communication, task-oriented and pastoral in nature.
  • Expect growth in your people skills, awareness of others and heart for service.
  • Internship goal is to increase communication between volunteer teams and work with Mike to improve volunteer appreciation, connection and overall satisfaction.

Community & Connections Internship with Michael Edwards

The goal of this internship is to create ways to welcome and connect new-comers or visitors into Bethel Atlanta’s family.  This internship is for someone with a heart for connection and family and someone who is creative, task-oriented and pastoral in nature.  The responsibilities vary week to week, but consist of several administrative tasks, event hosting and creative/brainstorming opportunities.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with groups after their events ie. Men’s Breakfast follow up email.
  • Highlighting our groups – life and special interest groups – through Bethel Atlanta’s means of communication.
  • Work with events team and pastoral team to host Bethel Atlanta’s Family Gatherings.
  • Meeting monthly for mentorship with Mike.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Internship goal is to find ways to assimilate new-comers or visitors into Bethel Atlanta’s family.
  • Looking for someone with a heart for connection and family, task oriented and pastoral in nature.
  • Looking for someone who is open in their communication and who brings creativity and execution to all tasks.
  • Expect to grow in understanding what community is and how to establish a healthy community within a group of people.

Brave Youth Internship w/ David and Tracy Murray

The goal of this internship is to serve and build the Brave Youth by providing support to Bethel youth team and students.  This internship is for someone with a burning desire to empower kids to know who they are and whose they are- so they can embrace who God created them to be in this world.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Attend Wednesday night services for youth.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Serve youth by building relationships.
  • Opportunities to preach to youth and possibly lead a small group.
  • Opportunities to be creative and build – potentially develop a student leadership team or other ideas you bring to the group.
  • Meet with youth team for planning (ideally this will be once a month, but is often impromptu on Wednesday evenings).
  • Meet monthly with David and Tracy for planning and development.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Grow in love. Grow in believing in people and pulling out the gold. Grow in vision.
  • Serve David and Tracy Murray and Brave Youth team.
  • Bring the fullness of who you are and expect to make a kingdom difference in the students lives as well as your own.
  • Live out Kingdom principles in your own personal life so that you are inviting the youth to join you.

Kingdom Kids Internship w/ Rachel Koontz

The goal of this internship is to serve the children and families at Bethel Atlanta – specifically those ages infant to Pre-K.  This internship is for someone with a heart to instill and impart lasting Kingdom values and ideals into the next generation. We want you to bring your creativity, ideas and heart of service to Bethel Atlanta’s tots programs.  In addition to the weekly responsibilities listed below, you would meet with Rachel to choose two additional duties each semester. You would also meet monthly with Rachel for mentorship and connection.
Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Attend Bethel Atlanta on Sunday night.
  • Serve as Pre-K teacher at one service each week.
  • Prepare the craft for the Pre-K class each week.
  • Meet with Rachel to choose two additional duties each semester from her list of Kingdom Parent Duties.
  • Meet monthly with Rachel for connection and planning.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Ideal for someone with a heart to see children walk in the abundance of the kingdom and appreciates the value of teaching children kingdom values.
  • Expect to grow in understanding the power of passing values and principles to the next generation: our ceiling is their floor.
  • Goal is to build a leadership role and connection with the Pre-K kids on Sundays by being a constant face and presence in their class.

Kingdom Kids Internship with Rachel Koontz

The goal of this internship is to serve the children and families at Bethel Atlanta – specifically those in K5 through 5th grade.  This internship is for someone with a heart to instill and impart lasting Kingdom values and ideals into the next generation. We want you to bring your creativity, ideas and heart of service to Bethel Atlanta’s kids programs.  In addition to the weekly responsibilities listed below, you would meet with Rachel to choose one additional duty each semester. You would also meet monthly with Rachel for mentorship and connection.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Attend Bethel Atlanta on Sunday night.
  • Serve as teacher in one Kingdom Kids class each week.
  • Prepare the craft that coordinates with the lesson each week.
  • Prepare 1 age appropriate game each month for each Kingdom Kids class.
  • Meet with Rachel to choose one additional duty each semester from her list of Kingdom Parent Duties.
  • Meet monthly with Rachel for connection and planning.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Ideal for someone with a heart to see children walk in the abundance of the kingdom and appreciates the value of teaching children kingdom values.

Prophetic Internship w/ Jessica Healy

The goal of this internship is to serve Bethel Atlanta’s prophetic team and grow in your own personal prophetic gifting. This internship is for someone wanting to grow in their own prophetic maturity as well as grow in tending a prophetic community.  In addition to weekly responsibilities, you would meet once a month with Jessica for mentorship and planning.
Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Attend prophetic team meetings on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays each month.
  • Be on the prophetic team.
  • Potential to help with prophetic trainings on Wednesday night and in BASSM along with other prophetic team members.
  • Participate in new prophetic platform projects by serving the overseers of those areas.
  • Meet with Jessica for connection and planning.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Commit to grow personally in the prophetic.
  • Grow in prophetic maturity and mature prophetic leadership.
  • Learn about building a prophetic community and running together as a team.

Bethel Atlanta Property Internship with Mike Healy

The goal of this internship is to serve and work on the Bethel Atlanta property. This internship is for someone willing to roll up their sleeves and get dirty, who loves working hard and doesn’t mind building things with their hands.  The slots of time are flexible for this internship and it’s available to multiple people.
Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Work with our facilities team during the week at least 5 hours (Monday-Thursday or Sunday mornings).
  • Potentially assist with creating management systems for the property.
  • Opportunities for self starter and self driven projects.
  • Meet monthly with Mike Healy for planning and growth.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Serve and help maintain the Bethel Atlanta propert.
  • Have a hands on role in growing Bethel Atlanta’s impact in the community.

BASSM Worship intern

The goal of this internship is to serve BASSM’s worship team. You can expect to be apart of the in’s and out’s of Monday night worship. In addition to the internship’s responsibilities, connecting with Zaina twice a month and dreaming into the school year.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Attend worship rehearsal, intercede during practice and be in worship on Monday nights.
  • Leading from the crowd and working towards leading or playing at school.
  • Intentionally asking the Lord about will happen during worship and sharing it with Zaina and the team.
  • Coming to debrief after worship with the worship team.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Serve the BASSM worship team and attend worship rehearsal on Mondays.
  • Meet with Zaina and design a project that would serve BASSM worship.
  • Dream into what God wants to release in BASSM worship this year.
  • Grow and learn more about living a lifestyle of worship and leading/running a worship team.

Operations Internship w/ Joshua Marcengill

The goal of this internship is to serve Bethel Atlanta’s Operations team in the areas of communication and testimonies.  This internship is for someone with a passion for communication, social media and testimonies. Responsibilities would vary week to week, but it would be ideal for someone with availability during Bethel Atlanta’s office hours.  In addition to responsibilities, you would meet monthly with Josh for connection and planning.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Assist and edit our regular communications ie: weekly bulletins, announcements, social media posts and updates and our newsletter.
  • Gather and build awareness for testimonies happening through the Bethel Atlanta community.
  • Work with Josh to create regular social media content.
  • Must be willing to use your own laptop and smartphone for responsibilities.
  • Meet monthly with Josh for mentorship, connection and planning.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Goal is to maintain excellence and create excitement around communication and testimonies at Bethel Atlanta.
  • Ideal for someone with strengths in editing and writing or for someone strong in gathering information and testimonies.
  • Expect to grow in communication skills, expectation to see God move and in supernatural administration.

Bethel Health Internship with Elise Keropian

The goal of this internship is to help you grow in stewardship and learn about what goes on behind the scenes in the exciting world of administration and marketing. This internship is for someone with a heart for health, who is also organized and detail-oriented.  The responsibilities vary week to week, but consist of several administrative tasks, hosting events, and creative marketing meetings and content curation opportunities.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Listen to team member speaking sessions and pull out key quotes, revelations for marketing content.
  • Think of creative ways to bless and celebrate team members.
  • Help plan team events and coordinate hospitality efforts (bbq’s, parties).
  • Help organize files, print client applications, and forms.
  • Run errands when needed.

 

Goals/Expectations:

  • Meet 2x per month with Bethel Health administrator to touch base on projects.
  • Grow in communication skills and marketing strategy.
